Sunshine and Sue

Sue arrived safe Friday night and the weather so far has been great. Sunny and warm. We went to South Padre Island Saturday for a great day at the beach and to get fried. Had lunch at Dirty Als.....great shrimp, fish and crab stuffed Jalepino peppers. Then on to the beach........found a secluded area to sunbath then decided to drive south on the beach to the built up area to see the hoards of March break college students........what a zoo At 5pm we were in the line of cars heading across the bridge back to the mainland and it was a solid line of traffic going back onto the island of college kids getting ready to party the night away. Stopped at a shell shop on the way back and of course couldn't pass up a Dairy Queen. Sunday we went to the local Episcopalian church and saw the ministers funky new hair doo. Then to Dennys for brunch and back to the park to the pool and hot tub. Paul and Jane had us over for supper last night and we went to the Sunday icecream social for desert. Sue mentioned to one of the servers that this was her first ice cream social so he piled on the ice cream she must of had a gallon herself. Then back to Paul and Janes for good conversation and drinks.
It is a bit cloudy today so of course that means shopping weather to Sue. Pics located here
